She is also President/CEO of Spring Lime Media Inc. (SLM) owners and operators of EveryBodysLookingForLove.com (ELFL), ChangeYourStatus.com, both online dating websites for single and divorce parents and publishers of Pulse Magazine an entertainment, fashion and celebrity publication.

She is co-founder of the Global Ultimate Women’s Forum and Creator & Executive Producer of The Unstoppable Woman Awards.

In 2012, Jo launched the Women in Business Entrepreneur Conference and EXPO™ focused on assisting entrepreneurs from all over the country come together to benefit from the informative sessions, high-powered speakers, and networking opportunities essential for emerging and established entrepreneurs.

A graduate of Georgetown University School of Business, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Economics, she has been featured in Black Enterprise, Fox Business News and is a regular contributor to several online content sites.
